OREGON PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHERS ASSOCIATION
OPPA 2015 Photographer of the year, Sam Tarrel, CPP, FP-OPPA will take you through his post-production process covering everything from basic workflow to advance retouching and competition print preparation. Be sure to bring your laptops and pen tablets as you will be following along in a step-by-step process with Sam as he takes you through proper color balance, beauty retouching, and his specialty - black and white processing.
Class requirements:
Laptop with Photoshop 6/Lightroom 5 or CC.
General competency with Photoshop/Lightroom. (This is an intermediate level class, not a beginner class. If you have questions about your skill level as it pertains to the class, please reach out to Sam)
Wacom or similar pen tablet is recommended but not required.
Desktop computers may be permitted but should be cleared with course coordinator first.
Images that you would like to learn to retouch/process. (Optional. Images for class will be provided)
This workshop is PPA-accredited; PPA attendees who attend the entire session will receive one PPA merit.
